Jacky has my greatest admiration because she ran the entire PCT from Mexico - Canada in 2017. I have been following your blog with a lot of fun and interest. It's so great to embark on such a path and, above all, to complete it safe and sound.
I want to do this trail for my 50th birthday. However, the question that drives me is how do I settle back into my world after such a trip. Is that even possible? What do I take with me into everyday life and what can I keep?
